Dr. A is really a sweet guy! He's really funny, has genuine conversation with you. The only issue is that Dr. A runs the place, and he's not always seeing the patients. He has plenty of doctors working under him, and although Dr. Mujahid was very polite and definatley knew what he was doing, some of the other doctors were plain awkward and generic. The staff is really nice for the most part, but they do get swamped at times and this office is really big... so I have had a grumpy secretary once or twice, but the nurses are nice for the most part. They gave my son an appointment within two days because it was an emergency, which was really polite. My husband is arab, and I know for sure that you speak Arabic, this is the doctor to see. If your not, don't be discouraged, there are tons of Spanish speaking employees and African American employees as well. His office really reflects the community in Oak Lawn and Chicago in General. No snobs here, just hard working people.
