Beautiful, high tech office! Very professional and highly skilled staff. I've been a patient at Family Eye Physicians since 2008 and I have always received exceptional service.

I visit the Oak Lawn location a few times a year. They are always friendly and professional. The only issue is the wait time after you check in for an appointments. My Appointment was at 1:35pm, I check IN at 1pm Im not seen till 2:30pm. However the service is always fast once they call you back .

Never had a bad experience with Family Eye Physicians and I have been coming to see them for 10 years already. Waiting 30-40 minutes isn't out of the ordinary, but that should should expect from group of dedicated ophthalmologists who care to spend the needed time to evaluate your vision fully, get the prognosis 100% right all the time, and answer all of your questions without rushing out of the door. Dr. Nygen is a methodical & a phenomenal eye physician who is professional and courteous & will give you guidance to keep your vision at its best.
