The young ladies were very patient with my special needs daughter. Amazingly patient with her. The Dr was also very kind and patient with her considering it was closing time.

I had gone to the Orland Park location because oak lawn wasn't accepting new patients at the time and had the absolute worst experience of my life. The doctor in Orland was so rude and was clearly upset I couldn't afford the contact fitting which I had no idea about (I've been wearing contacts since I was 12 and am 34 now) I just needed contacts is all... She threw the script at me and turned around and left... I later needed to see a doctor because my eye swelled up pretty bad and got lucky to be taken at oak lawn... Let me tell you it is night and day between locations.. Dr. Nguyen is kind and explains everything in detail she makes you feel comfortable and safe. All of the techs have been super knowledgeable and kind to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. THANK YOU TO THE OAK LAWN LOCATION AND DR. NGUYEN!!!! I give them 5 stars but I give Orland Park 0!!!

Took my son for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and patient. Salsabeel and Ellie worked well together and explained to me every step of the exam. Donia was also very helpful when we were in the room with Dr Al Khudari. Staff were patient and helpful throughout my sons appointment. I recommend this place.

Extremely courteous friendly and helpful

This was the first visit for my wife and me. We had a great experience. The doctor and staff were very thorough. One suggestion is to provide a take home sheet that provides a summary of our visit and any follow-up instructions. We find this to be helpful from other physicians that we deal with.
