I went to get an eye exam at this location & everyone was so nice. The atmosphere was pleasant & welcoming. From the front desk receptionist to the tech to the doctor , they were so nice . The optical lady was so helpful & patient. The overall vibe in this place was great! Definitely recommend.

The staff at the Buffalo Grove Family Eye Physicians eye clinic were all very attentive to my needs and questions. In addition, the staff treated me with the utmost respect. I appreciated the front desk staff's support with paperwork as well as answering some questions. The optometrist, Iwona Lazarz, OD, was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire eye exam. I appreciate her for her knowledge and patience as I deciphered whether "1 or 2" were the clearer option for my eyes. After my exam, I was able to get my PD from Antonio at the other end of the clinic and he provided me with useful information about new lens technology and options for frames and glasses. Thank you, team, for your excellent service!
