I've been to several eye clinics over the years but none compares to Family Eye Physicians in Buffalo Grove. The service is top notch and this is my absolute go-to.

I must say...this facility provides me "Customer Service Excellence "!!! The Eye Physicians, Ricky and ALL of the other Staff Members!

I will say FEP is really on their game in constantly letting you know you have an appt with them.Either by texting or phoning to not let you forget.I like most of the staff I've encountered with especially like Dr.N she is always patient & does not make me feel rush in anyway when I see her.She ask me questions & volunteers suggestions & doesn't pressure me at all in anyway.

Had a diabetic eye exam at the Oakbrook Terrace location. The service was excellent, Dr. Gonzalez was friendly and explained everything well. Recommend!

This place has bee GREAT. Very good staff. Have had to have a series of injections that has improved my vision.
