The atmosphere is very clean, with friendly, accommodating,and knowledgeable staff. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism, especially Cyndi and Suzanna, including my ophthalmologist of course. I first met Cyndi when we picked-up my new prescription glasses and gave me detailed instructions on how to use it. She even told me what to expect just in case. I didn't even feel I was being rushed or anything, which I usually feel when somebody is giving me instructions. I talked to Suzanna over the phone several times, and she is exactly a replica of Cyndi! She even showed me on their computer just in case, to post this review. She is detailed oriented, taking her time to listen to my concerns/problems. My doctor, Dr. Al-Khudari as usual is very professional, reassuring, and confident on his skills on how to help me better. I had my doctor, Dr. Al-Khudari do my Lasik surgery in both my eyes and now I have perfect vision. I can drive without glasses and am glasses free. No more purchasing frames or contacts. I don't have to fumble looking for my glasses when I am working installing satellite dishes or in the morning when I wake up. I am in love with my new eye sight. If I would have known the outcome of this procedure I would have done this way sooner.
