Always a great experience ... Susana always greats you, and makes you feel like you matter. Not just a number, like some Doctors office's I have been to elsewhere. I have a left a previous Dental office for the way there staff treated me. Some can be very unprofessional, talking about there own personal problems while they are actually standing over you.Health professionals need to screen there staff alittle closer, for me it doesn't matter how good the Doctor is if I'm not comfortable while I'm there. Family Eye Physicians get a 5 star rating I highly recommend them if you need a Eye specialist... Susan Sierra

Suzie at the front desk is such an awesome person. She keeps everything there running so smoothly. Dr Zelinsky is so kind and caring. This is like no other eye doctors office I have ever been to in my life.

This place is great! My family and I just moved over from another location and I definitely won't be going anywhere else from now on!

I liked the 4400 N. Kedzie Ave. location, and will go back again, I recommend this location to anyone. Their entire staff was professional and helpful, from the ophthalmologist I saw, Dr. Bhatia, to the optometrist, Dr. Dzubur, and the rest of the staff.The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because I prefer reading reviews that are rated with more objectivity, rather than joy or excitement.
