Dr. Wang grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Biochemistry and Psychology. She received her doctorate degree in Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. She completed her residency training at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she received advanced training in primary care. She is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Wang’s clinical interests include ocular disease and specialty contact lens fitting. She is also dedicated to giving back to the community, both locally and abroad, as she volunteers to provide eye exams at homeless shelters and leads medical mission trips to Mexico. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
